Retroactive Premier Points accrual on SkyTeam™ flights

If you traveled on Skyteam™ airlines in the last 6 months and did not accrue your Premier Points (Premier Points) upon check-in on the counter or kiosk, you can do it here. It is required that at least 5 days have elapsed from the date you took the flight.

You have up to 6 months to request accrual and one month if at the time of the flight you were not a Club Premier Member.

If you have any questions regarding the accreditation of your Premier Points, contact the Club Premier Service Center: (55) 1519 4040 / 01800 5 PREMIER (6437), from 9:00 to 22:00 hrs, Monday to Sunday.
